Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we offer Canada-wide shipping only. We truly appreciate your interest and support, and we hope to expand our shipping options in the future. Thank you for your understanding!
Are your items ready to ship?
No — all of our items are made to order. This allows us to operate efficiently within our limited production space and reduce unnecessary waste. Your item is crafted just for you once the order is placed.
What is your return policy?
Because each item is made to order, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to reach out with any questions before placing your order to ensure you’re completely happy with your selection.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
Once an order is submitted, it goes into production shortly after. For this reason, we’re unable to accommodate changes once production has begun. If you notice a mistake or need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t started yet.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. If you don’t see the email within a few days of ordering, be sure to check your spam folder or feel free to reach out to us directly.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes! We offer local pickup in Happy Valley–Goose Bay, NL. You can select this option during checkout, and we will contact you with pickup instructions once your order is ready.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
While we do not accept returns, if your item arrives damaged or if there is a mistake with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and make it right.
